Learn more about rain gardens
Researchers at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension, under the direction of Professor Thomas Franti, an expert in stormwater management, have produced video vignettes explaining the various steps involved in creating a rain garden at home. They are an excellent source of information!
The videos were translated by the OBV Matapédia-Restigouche who used them for a rain garden project in its watershed. See the project.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension and the OBV Matapédia-Restigouche have allowed the Friends of Les Amis du bassin versant du lac Waterloo to use the video vignettes for our rain garden project. We thank them very much!
